Payment
When your order is ready, we will contact you to get the information 
needed, and tell you how much the shipping charges will be. Visa, 
Mastercard, checks, and money orders are acceptable for payment. 

Return Policies
Remembrance Urns: Must be in 'as new' and 'unused' condition......15 
day return policy from time of purchase (less shipping costs)
Custom Urns: No returns on custom work orders

Privacy Issues
We respect your private information, and will not sell or trade it!!! We 
won't use 'tracking cookies' or any other tracking devices ( not that I 
know how to do that.....I can barely use a computer!!!!I didn't even want 
a website, but our customers kept asking and asking and, well.....I 
gave in!!!! Yes, I caved.....my will was broken....so if you find any 
typo's, or bad syntex, don't blame me....I'm just the messenger/artist).

Shipping/ Fees
Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping. Each order is on a first come first 
serve basis, and we give each order our personal attention to ensure
